Order Confirmation vs. Acceptance

Please note that receiving an electronic order confirmation, or any other form of confirmation, does not signify our final acceptance of your order. It also does not constitute a binding confirmation of our offer to sell.

Isabella Celini reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline the order for any reason. Furthermore, we reserve the right to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Order Rejections & Adjustments

If your order is declined, canceled, or if the quantity is reduced after your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment for the unfulfilled portion of the order. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order status.
